Books, Kits, and Apparel:
- We offer a 21 day return policy for books, kits, and apparel.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please contact our Customer Support team at tamara@tamaramarcella.org within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Digital Products:
- Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns or refunds for digital items, including but not limited to e-books, downloadable files, and digital courses.

Monthly Memberships:

- If you choose to cancel your membership, you will continue to have access to the membership benefits until the end of the current billing cycle. After that point, no further charges will be incurred.
