Ginger–Turmeric Immune-Boosting Shots
Ingredients (makes about 6 shots):

1 cup fresh ginger root (peeled and roughly chopped)

½ cup fresh turmeric root (peeled and roughly chopped) or 2 tsp ground turmeric

2 oranges (peeled)
-
1 lemon (peeled)

1–2 tbsp raw honey (optional, for sweetness)

A pinch of black pepper (helps your body absorb turmeric’s curcumin)

1–2 cups filtered water (adjust for desired strength)
Directions:

Add ginger, turmeric, orange, lemon, and water to a high-speed blender.

Blend until smooth.

Strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove pulp.

Stir in honey and black pepper.

Pour into small glass jars or shot bottles. Store in the fridge up to 4 days.
How to Use:
