    Brain fuel, sustained energy, post-workout recovery

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or oat milk for creaminess)

    • 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder (whey or plant-based)

    • ½ cup frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries)

    • 1 small handful spinach (optional, for added greens)

    • 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter

    • ½ tsp cinnamon

    • Ice cubes (optional for thicker texture)

    Instructions:

    1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

    2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

    3. Pour into your favorite glass or shaker and enjoy!

    Busy Girl Tip: Prep smoothie bags in the freezer with berries, spinach, and nut butter already portioned — just add milk + protein powder and blend.
