Brain fuel, sustained energy, post-workout recovery
Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or oat milk for creaminess)

1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder (whey or plant-based)

½ cup frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries)

1 small handful spinach (optional, for added greens)

1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter

½ tsp cinnamon

Ice cubes (optional for thicker texture)
Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a blender.

Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

Pour into your favorite glass or shaker and enjoy!
