  • DAY 3 — Delay Detox: Don’t Let Disappointment Cancel Faith

Posted by Tamara Franchuk on January 23, 2026 at 9:00 AM

Welcome to Day 3 of Faith That Moves.

Today is about something that quietly stops so many women:

    disappointment.

    Sometimes we didn’t lose faith…
    we just got tired.

    Sometimes we didn’t stop believing…
    we stopped pursuing.

Sometimes we didn’t quit on God…
we quit because the waiting started hurting.

    But hear me clearly:

    Delay is not always denial.
    Resistance is not always rejection.
Silence is not proof God said no.

In Matthew 15, the Syrophoenician woman wasn’t answered at first…
    but she stayed.

    Because faith does this:
    faith persists.

    ✅ TODAY’S PROMPT:

Where have you stopped moving because it felt like:

    • nothing was happening

    • the door wasn’t opening

    • God was quiet

    • you felt rejected or embarrassed

    • it was taking too long

    Now answer this honestly:

    “I stopped pursuing _________ because _________.”

    ✅ TODAY’S ACTION STEP:

Today we detox delay and break agreement with disappointment.

Pray this out loud (short but powerful):

    “Lord, restore my pursuit.
I will not settle in disappointment.
I refuse to interpret delay as denial.
    I’m moving again.”

Then take ONE micro-step today that proves you’re back in pursuit:

    • revisit the plan

    • reopen the notebook

    • rewrite the goal

    • send the message

    • set the appointment

    • take the next step you paused

    ✅ COMMENT BELOW:

“I’m getting my faith back for: _________.”

Busy girl… you are not disqualified.
    You are in process.

And faith does not quit because it got uncomfortable. 🔥
